How to take it

Answer the way you actually behave on an ordinary Tuesday, not your best day and not your worst. Go with your first instinct. Some statements are worded in the negative on purpose, so read each one carefully.

Before you start: your results will be shared.
When you finish, you’ll enter your name. Your name, state, role and four scores will go to davelangley.com and your trainer, and be shared with your company’s leadership, to help plan training and follow-up. Your individual answers are never sent. These results are not used in performance reviews.
Your answers stay with you.
Your individual answers never leave this page. When you finish, tell us where to send your results and we’ll email your four scores and a free 30-day practice plan for the skill you should start with.
